He has led national sales teams, managed key relationships with skilled nursing operators, and consistently driven revenue growth through strategic partnerships. His work spans institutional pharmacy, telehealth, and care coordination platforms.

At Kaizenleap, Robert is responsible for identifying scalable healthtech solutions, guiding market entry strategy, and leveraging a deep national network of post-acute care leaders.

Yehuda Kahan, LNHA

Yehuda is a licensed nursing home administrator and experienced operator who has held revenue and leadership roles across skilled nursing, hospice, behavioral health, and ancillary services. Before Kaizenleap, he led regional operations for a multi-state post-acute care provider and advised investor-backed facilities on operational turnaround and compliance risk.

At Kaizenleap, Yehuda brings operational fluency to every engagement:
